There are no upfront costs or monthly subscription fees. You only pay a small service fee when we get you business.

You can sign up by directly downloading the Servi app. Create a merchant profile, verify your business, list your services, set your prices and availability, and you’re ready to start getting pre-paid bookings.

Yes! You have full control over your pricing, service descriptions, and availability. You can also update them anytime to reflect your schedule and rates.

Servi-App supports a wide range of categories — plumbing, electrical, automotive, cleaning, wellness, beauty, legal, and more. If you provide a service that people can book, you can list it on the platform.
Additionally contractors, you can offer free estimates, paid site visits, send quotes, lock-in approval and deposits, send invoices and get paid fast.

Yes, every provider gets a dedicated account manager to help with setup, optimization, and questions. You can also access our support team via chat or email.

Servi-App promotes your services to local customers looking for what you offer. You will also be able to boost visibility through featured listings or special promotions within the app.
10. What happens if a customer cancels?
You can either use our cancellation policy which protects providers, or you can also use your own. With ours, If a client cancels outside of the agreed cancellation window, you may still receive partial or full payment depending on when they do it.
