Includes a visual and thermal walkthrough Inspection, documentation of any issues found, Temperature and Humidity Readings, moisture mapping, 2 air samples (1 suspect area sample and 1 control sample from non-suspect area or outdoors), lab analysis fees, and a written report with interpretation of lab results and scope of work for any mold removal work that may be needed.

*If more than one (1) sample is taken, additional samples are to be charged at al fee of $150 +HST for additional samples, which will be invoiced on site and paid through the app at the time of the testing.
